Results first half 2020: Ctac records stable revenue and slightly higher result despite Covid-19

Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac N.V. (Ctac) announces the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 1 July 2020:
Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac N.V. (Ctac) (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) today announces its results for the third quarter of 2018.
In a very short span of time, Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac has received official SAP qualifications for three partner solutions, based on SAP S/4HANA and best business practices. It concerns S/4HANA Cloud, Fit4Woco en SAP Analytics Cloud, which were developed for the manufacturing industry, the housing corporation market and the retail industry.
The positive developments that were already visible in the first quarter continued in the second quarter. This resulted in 5% higher turnover and 12% more profit in the first half of 2018.
Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac is now certified for SAP S/4HANA Cloud. This software integrates all business processes and converts real-time data into actions. SAP S/4HANA Cloud increases the productivity of employees while simultaneously offering the security and familiarity of SAP.

Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac N.V. (Ctac) announces that the following resolutions have been adopted at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 16 May 2018.
Ctac made a positive start to 2018. We recorded an 8.6% increase in operating result, while the net result came in 14.4% higher at EUR 0.5 million. As previously announced, in the first quarter of 2018 we invested in our IP products.
Ctac has extended its contract with Action. The international retailer has been using Ctac’s point-of-sale (POS) system XV Retail since 2008 with great satisfaction and has, in addition, been using Ctac’s Omni Customer Loyalty (OCL) program.
While turnover declined by 5.4% in 2017, we continued the upward trend in result in the year under review. Active management of related costs raised the operating result by more than EUR 0.6 million to EUR 3.7 million.
In the third quarter, Ctac once again saw its profitability increase and its turnover decline. In the third quarter, we also recorded a number of considerable commercial successes that will have an impact on the results for the fourth quarter of this year and for 2018.
